Compliance Risk
Not yet assessed
Not yet assessed: no government body or EOR/payroll provider publishes a structured, sourced methodology for contractor-misclassification enforcement risk by country. Rather than assign an unsourced number, we leave this figure empty until a citable source exists.
Misclassifying a qa engineer as an independent contractor in Ukraine can expose employers to back taxes, statutory benefit liabilities, and penalties. An Employer of Record removes this exposure by employing the worker locally on your behalf.
